Rick Vimmerstedt was born and raised in West Falls, New York. He developed a love for automobiles at a very early age, heading to the local racetracks every Friday, and Saturday nights. Rick started working for a local dealership before he was allowed to drive, although he owned his first car by the age of thirteen. Excelling quickly through the dealership, he eventually went into business for himself and now owns Southeast Performance. Rick is an avid racer, and has accumulated a few championships in the 944 Cup series. He eventually would like to race in the Rolex Series, and in HSR with his Terry Labonte Nascar.
